Which condo unit has the best view in all of Chicago?
Please help us choose. E-mail us a photo taken from your unit. (Videos may be accepted later.) We will post our ten favorites, then invite visitors to vote for their favorites by e-mail.
The owner of each month’s winning unit will receive a $50 gift certificate to a restaurant in Chicago. The winner of our first annual “Chicago’s Best Condo View” contest, chosen from the monthly winners, will have his or her unit interior and views captured, free, by a professional photographer/videographer.
To break the ice for the shy and the modest, I invite you to enjoy--but not to vote for--this view from my living room/office. You can see why, every day, even on those days when the Cubs lose, I have reason to feel like a winner.

Vote No. 6 Living Room, Unit 5306, 505 N. Lake Shore Drive, Lake Point Tower,
Watch 28-second video of this unit and view
Owners: Paul LeRoux & Peg Corwin. Photographer: Peg Corwin
You could own this view for $XX per square foot per year
Owner’s story:
“Peg and I had looked at a dozen or more waterfront condos, including several units in this building, before we saw 5306. The moment we entered this unit and saw the panoramic, 180-degree views of the lake and the city, we both knew we had found our new home! I love the view (above) from my desk. We both enjoy sitting in our special chairs watching the many fireworks at Navy Pier, the annual Air Show and the weekend boat races.”
