Ownership

ChicagoCondosOnline.com is owned and operated by Condominium Enterprises, Inc., an Illinois S corporation founded in July 2002. The company is owned by Ric Cox, an editor turned entrepreneur. The office is located at 505 N. Lake Shore Drive, Suite 5305, Chicago, Illinois, 60611.

Business Model

We are primarily a business-to-business company, selling directly to Multiple Listing Services for their members, and to real-estate brokerages and lending institutions, which buy annual subscriptions for their sales agents or loan originators. Additional revenue comes from fees for advertising, online transactions (sales of declarations,  etc.) and licensing of our content to other Web sites, including those of participating brokerages. Our plans include expansion to other types of properties and to other locations.

Access

Access to this site is available to anyone, on a subscription-only basis. Subscriptions are sold primarily Multiple Listing Services and to brokerages and lenders, on a office-wide basis. Buyers may access the site, free, as guests of participating agents or loan originators, or may purchase their own subscriptions.
